Misprints and printer's mistakes, in all their glory.
Photos I need:
- any misprint you have that's not on this page already :)

Partially square-cornered card from Limited Edition. (incomplete cutting job at the printer) Thanks to Jacob Skytte for trading this to me. |
Limited Ed. Larcenous Mist whose Ting Ting stamp has exploded. Courtesy of Mike Nickoloff, Oct.2005. |
Limited Edition card with a distinct green and blue tint (turquoise, maybe). Scanned along with a normal card for reference. This is even more obvious than the Dark Future problem. Thanks to Jim Sensenbrenner for trading this card to me! |
Surprise, Surprise! with misplaced Ting Ting foil stamp (it's on top of the title). Courtesy of Mike Nickoloff, Oct.2005. |
Sibling Rivalry with two Ting Ting foil stamps. One is upside down and backwards in the upper left corner, the other is in the middle of the artwork. Thanks to Bruce McCreary for sending me a stack of cards like this. Awesome! |
Netherworld card with a very odd foil stamp, almost as if a slightly offset Ting Ting shape had been sliced out of the Ting Ting shaped foil. Click the image for a close-up. And another hearty thanks to Jacob Skytte for sending this to me! |
And another Netherworld card with a misplaced stamp. The stamp ended up in the art box on this Flying Crescent. Thanks to Nick Heiderstadt for trading this to me. Nick had a bunch of others with misplaced stamps, almost exactly like the ones that Mike and Bruce sent me. Must have been at least few sheets where the foil overprint was misregistered. |
Yet another Netherworld card with a misplaced stamp. Thie Discerning Fire has two stamps, one upside down and the other cut off on the right side, similar to the Sibling Rivalry from Bruce. Thanks to Wei Chen for sending me this scan! He had a few others similar to the cards from Mike, Bruce and Nick, including one Whirlpool of Blood that had no stamp at all (I can't show you that one because Randy Gallegos denied permission to display that art, sorry!) |
Thanks to Allen Hege for giving this to me at GenCon 2004. |
Severely miscut The Displaced from Netherworld 2. Along the bottom edge, you can see the top edge of the card from the next row on the sheet. This is the worst Shadowfist miscut I've seen. Thanks to Paul Tanton for sending this card to me! |
Dark Future cards from the "good" (left) and "bad" (right) batches. The "bad" batch is muddier; look at the contrast in the word "Shadowfist." I scanned both of these at the same time and adjusted them the same, so any differences are due to the print run. Thanks to Jan Malina for sending me the "bad" card. |

Black-and-white backed card from Red Wedding. Yes, the scan was done in color mode :) And more thanks to Jacob Skytte for sending me a couple of these cards! |
Just A Scratch from Shurikens and Six-Guns with two corners uncut (square). First report of an uncut corner in the post-Daedalus era! Thanks to Scott Shen for sending this scan. |
