A short description of each of the characters in (or mentioned in) the Throne War story, in the order they appear in the story. I've also included references to their Feng Shui RPG writeups.

Gao Zhang - leader of the Eaters of the Lotus (you knew that one, right?). He appears in the Feng Shui rulebook, and there are oodles of details about him in the Feng Shui supplement Thorns of the Lotus.

Harvest of Jade - the Emperor of China in 69 A.D. He appears in the Feng Shui supplement Thorns of the Lotus.

Dr. Celeste Carter - member of the Purists, a secret society in 2056. The Purists are described in the Shadowfist Players' Guide, Vol.1.

Subject Twelve - the last subject of Dr. Carter's work in forced evolution by magical means. His mate was killed by Fo Shen. Later known as 'The Monkey Who Would Be King' after he joined the Jammers.

Rhys Engel - the leader of the Purists

Fo Shen - Lotus agent assigned to cultivate the Purists in the 2056 juncture. He is the source of most of the information about the Purists that appears in the Daedalus Players' Guide.

Oliver Chen - Ascended agent in the Imperial Palace in 69 A.D.

Andrea Van de Graaf - member of the Purists

Kenji Fukuda - Timewalker Primary, who led the efforts to plant Arcanotowers in past junctures. He's mentioned in the Daedalus Players' Guide, in the long Architects fiction.

Quan Lo - the Perfect Master; leader of the Guiding Hand. Described in the Feng Shui supplement Blood of the Valiant.

Tu Shih - Guiding Hand agent inside the Imperial Palace in 69 A.D. Many of the sidebars in the Feng Shui supplement Thorns of the Lotus are attributed to him.

Leung Mui - leader of Guiding Hand operations in 69 A.D. Her persona is 'The Black Flag', a bandit leader of great repute. She is described in the Feng Shui supplement Blood of the Valiant.

Xin Kai Sheng - member of the Xin family, who held the Imperial throne for a brief period prior to the current dynasty. Also a powerful sorcerer, although he has kept that hidden until recently.

Battlechimp Potemkin - leader of the Jammers

Shan Tsu - martial artist assigned to defend Nine Dragon Temple by the Guiding Hand

Dr. John Haynes - Archaeologist along the lines of Indiana Jones, working for the Dragons in 69 A.D. He "writes" many of the sidebars in the Feng Shui supplement Thorns of the Lotus.
